| Details: | SUMMARY: Well does not meet setback to hazards DETAILS: Spoke to Shown Stevenson about well evaluation and waiver. It was decided that the system could do monitoring for VOCs every 3 years. If theres a detection then we will re evaluate the situation. I called Jim and explained the sampling requirement to him. We also discussed the other deficiencies that were noted in the survey. I received a copy that the backflow devices had been tested on 5/2/11 ACTION NEEDED: I will follow up on the other deficiencies after the 9/16 deadline | ||
