| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on coliform situation DETAILS: System was heavily shock chlorinated the week of 8/1/11. Two special samples were taken on8/9/11 from the well tank and inside the church. Unfortunately both these special samples also came back positive for total coliform. I called the system Friday afternoon 8/12/11 and relayed the results and provided instructions to again rechlorinate the system and this time to scrub out the inside of the tank with soap and water. The system will do this and in the meantime use of the drinking water inside the church is off limits and the church continues to use bottled water for drinking ACTION NEEDED: Continued follow up is required. | ||
