| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding arsenic alert DETAILS: The 8/10/11 sample for arsenic came back with a level of 0.0172 mg/L exceeding the 0.01 mg/L MCL. I left a voice message for Dave on 8/31/11. I heard back via email on September 2. I responded, informing him that a confirmation sample would need to be drawn immediately and they would be placed on quarterly monitoring for arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when the confirmation sample has been received. | ||
