| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to TC + routine DETAILS: I spoke Darrel after Citys 9/28/11 routine sample was TC+, EC-. Sample was at station near City Hall. City took 3 repeat samples on 9/29. Darrels coworker, Dan, indicated on 9/30 that all 3 repeats were coliform absent, at the same location, one up, and one down. No apparent line work in the area of positive Dan mentioned that the City had turned up the chlorine at the water plant, in response to residuals in the area of the positive around 0.2 mg/L. Residuals had gone up in system afterward. ACTION NEEDED: City to take 5 temporary routines during October. DWP to support as necessary. | ||
