| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed settlement to administrative order DETAILS: John and I spoke about the terms of a settlement to resolve the matter of the administrative order issued on September 8, 2011. John confirmed that Ralph Staver would be signing the settlement, and that the terms as discussed are reasonable and acceptable. Basically the terms are for monthly arsenic sampling, quarterly public notice, and that there is permanent resolution to the arsenic in drinking water by the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: I will mail the settlement to John for signing by Ralph. | ||
