| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Santiam Crossing missed Lead & copper monitoring for the first 6 month period of 2011. I contacted Dave via phone and email and informed him of the violation. Dave responded August 9th indicating that he would have the samples drawn the next day. 9/14/11 - Samples were drawn on 8/10/11 and received by the state on 8/24/11. All were found to be non detect. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved | ||
