| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiencies DETAILS: Pete is the new operator and he is a D2. Previously worked with the department years ago. He has read the last survey and has cleared some deficiencies and he is working on others. He requested info on CCRs, Operation & Maintenance, Manual, Protocols, etc. I sent through the mail information from the web site that may help him produce the documents needed. ACTION NEEDED: Complete all documents necessary as outline in last survey. Complete all changes necessary as outlined in last survey. | ||
