Details: SUMMARY: Discussed sampling requirements DETAILS: Greg called to inform me that Corky is no longer affiliated with the Pioneer Villa. Greg wanted an update on what needs to be done. I met with Greg and Cathy to go over the survey that was done on 7/15/11. The system currently has 6 significant deficiencies. They agreed to start working on correcting the deficiencies. I did further research and explained in a very detailed email, dated 9/21, what the sampling requirements were and when the tests were due by. I also contacted Analytical lab and explained the what the requirements were. I sent them the link to form 141-A and asked them to get started on identifying the sample sites. I also explained how to pick the DBP sample site. State website shows the system as needing 10 samples for lead & copper. I talked to Betsy and she agreed the number of sample sited should be determined by the population that uses the water on a day to day basis. The system has under 100 employees so I put in a call to Chuck Michael. To ask him to change website to 5 sample sites ACTION NEEDED: none
