Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for 3 of 4 repeats positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with operator John on 9/6 regarding routine positive. All 4 repeats already taken. Source sample absent, but all 3 in distribution present. System to chlorinate, flush and resample. Public notice have been posted on restroom doors (attached) ACTION NEEDED: Take verification samples to ensure no coliforms and take 5 temporary routines in October. (system is only open through mid- October.
