| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform positive 8/31/11 DETAILS: Contacted Jim to let him know about the positive total coliform. I let him know that they will need to take a triggered source sample at the well head. They will also need to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said they would get right to it. I also let him know they will deed 5 temporary routine samples for September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond if necessary. | ||
