| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 9/6/11 DETAILS: Contacted Jim to let him know about the repeat positive total coliform. He indicated hat they will disinfect the system. I reminded him that he can take a special sample or tow to be sure the disinfection worked. I let him know that they will need to complete & distribute a public notice. I emailed the link to the state public notice template. I also reminded him that they will need 5 temporary routine samples for the month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond if necessary. | ||
