| Details: | SUMMARY: alert-total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Jason today regarding the 10/4/11 sample that came back total coliform present. He did not know why it came back positive, there was a good residual 0.97 mg/L, good sample collection practices. I let him know to collect three repeats and one source sample as there was only one source running (8th and Deal source FA) at the time the original sample was collected. Jason also wanted to clarify the violations that were generated for not collecting triggered source samples for the August total coliform present episode, only two sources were active then they were 13th and elm and 8th and deal. I spoke with Chuck Michael who will take care of the two violations from August. ACTION NEEDED: collect repeats and triggered source samples. | ||
