| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System collected their 4th qtr coliform sample and it came back total coliform positive. I went to the water system and assisted in the colllection of the 3 repeat and source samples. I reviewed sampling technique and follow up sampling requirements. All repeat/source samples were absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 5 routine samples in November. | ||
