Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Operator contacted me concerned about continuing positive coliforms. Informed operator that the county and the state had been trying to contact him for several weeks, the state had not received the tier 2 public notice, template sent to operator 7/25/11 that the public notice would need to be sent to state. Operator stated the customers had been notified. Operator stated the well had been disinfected using the technique used by previous owner not the Technical Bulletin for disinfecting well sent with the 7/25/11 letter. I told operator to contact James Nusrala 971-673-0459 for assistance. Suggested to contact their water system supplier and begin looking into treatment options. Any treatment would require plan review. Will call operator to inform him to plan on disinfecting well before end of month and do 5 more samples for September. ACTION NEEDED: System will need to disinfect well and do 5 special routine samples in September.
