He was presumably calling to discuss the administrative order settlement that I mailed to him last week. I returned his call on both October 11 and 14, leaving a message both times. I stated that my expectation is that either John will call me on or about November 18 or that the settlement was acceptable and is being signed and returned. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
