| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate at 10.8mg/l on 9/15/11 DETAILS: I stopped by the restaurant but Ken was out of town. I spoke with an employee and she said she could contact ken. I let her know the recent sample was over the MCL and they need to take a confirmation sample. I also let her know that since they treat for high nitrate that they should contact the service company to repair the treatment unit. I am going to put this system on quarterly nitrate sampling for a year. I will contact Ken when he gets back into town to let him know about the increased sampling interval. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for the confirmation sample results and respond if necessary. Contact Ken about the increased monitor schedule. | ||
