| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/13/11 DETAILS: Called the lab to get new contact. I was informed that George Lay is the new contact for this system. I left a message on his phone about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: I asked him to call me back so I can update the contact information for this system. Monitor sample results and respond if necessary. | ||
