| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat sample 9/13/11 DETAILS: Greg contacted this office before the alert to let me know the lab had informed him of the total coliform. I let him know that they will need to complete a public notice and provide a copy to the state. He indicated they will disinfect the system. I let him know they may want to take a couple of special samples to be sure the disinfection worked. I informed him that 5 temporary routines would be needed for October. I suggested they look for any leaks or other issue at the well head that could be causing the coliform positive samples. I have a water system survey scheduled for 9/19/11 and will investigate further at that time ACTION NEEDED: Obtain a copy to coliform public notice and monitor follow up samples. | ||
