| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform present 9/23/11 DETAILS: This alert acts as a continuation for contact made earlier in the week. With confirmation of coliforms found in repeat sample public notice is required. This was confirmed with R. Korner by phone. I promised to email him where he could find the templates to choose from. A public notice was being provided within 30 days of 9/23/11 if results from temporary routines are received before 10/23 and come back clean then the total coliform resolved template may be used. The unresolved template must otherwise be used. He also stated that a needed part for the chlorinator had been ordered. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples due in October. Public notice required. | ||
