| Details: | SUMMARY: Two repeat samples positive for coliform DETAILS: 9/20/11 Two repeat sample collected 9/19/11 tested positive. Cindy called 2 of 4 repeats positive. She will shock chlorinate and has agreed to have a sample tap installed at the well head. I emailed her the tier 2 public notice template and reminded her that five temporary routines are due in October. 9/22/11- I spoke with Joe Carlson regarding the labeling of the repeat samples. Joe informed me he would change one of the repeats to a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in October. Tier 2 public notice needs to be posted for the MCL violation | ||
