| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A routine sample collected 9/16/11 positive for coliform. I spoke with Cindy regarding the 4 repeat, 3 distribution and one triggered source sample is not coming directly from the well head but is still a raw sample. I advised Cindy to install a raw water sample tap at the well head once this contamination event has been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert | ||
