| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Violation assessed for not submitting the July monthly coliform sample on time. I spoke with Bob regarding this violation he says the sample was collected however, it was late. An August sample has already been collected. ACTION NEEDED: A tier 3 public notice needs to be issued and a copy sent to the state. | ||
