I spoke with Bob regarding this violation he says the support staff sent the July report on time. 9/1/11 - I left a message for Bob advising him to call Chuck Michael regarding the compliance error. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to provide documentation to the state that the report was sent on time. | ||
