| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/13/11 DETAILS: I called and left a message for Rod with a reminder about collecting a triggered source and three distribution repeat samples along with five temporary routine samples in October. 9/16/11 - Rod called and informed me that three of four repeats tested positive including the source. Rod is going to shock chlorinated the system. I emailed him the tier 2 public notice template, states email address and a copy of the states well disinfection guidelines.
