| Details: | SUMMARY: Three of four repeat coliform samples positive DETAILS: Rod called and informed me three of four repeats tested positive for coliform including the source. Rod is going to shock chlorinate the system. I emailed him the tier 2 public notice template, states email address and a copy of the states well guidelines. ACTION NEEDED: Operator is shock chlorinating the water system. A public notice needs to be posted and copy sent to the state. Five temporary routines need to be collected in October. | ||
