| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic exceeded the MCL 9/16/11 DETAILS: 9/15/11 -- I spoke with Tom Jarmer 541-998-2579 advised him that quarterly arsenic sampling needs to begin in 4th quarter 2011 and emailed a schedule change form to the state. Tom believes the emergency well was responsible for the elevated level. A survey has been scheduled for next month and we will discuss this exceedance in greater detail then. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly arsenic samples need to be collected beginning 4th quarter 2011 | ||
