| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 7/19/11 -- Gene called to inform me of the sample results. He will be shock chlorinating the whole system. I emailed him the state well disinfection guidelines and the tier 2 public notice template and states email address. We also discussed the five temporary routines due in August. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in August. A public notice needs to be posted for the MCL violation | ||
