| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliforms DETAILS: 9-8-11-- Scott called to inform me that five temporary routines collected 9/5/11 tested positive for total coliform. No repeat samples are due because there is an MCL violation I emailed Scott a tier 2 public notice template. Scott informed me the well will be shock chlorinated. I advised Scott the next samples due are five temporary routines due the next month they are open. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due the next month the campground is open. Tier 2 public notice needs to be posted for the MCL violation. | ||
