| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 8/3/11 --All three repeats and the triggered source sample collected 8/3/11 tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Mark Ellis regarding the MCL violation and posting a public notice. He plans to shock chlorinated the well and collect a special sample afterwards. ACTION NEEDED: Five temportary routines due in September. | ||
