| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed water system operations and non-compliance DETAILS: Arturo called stating that he was recently elected as a board member and treasurer responsible for the Brewster Community Homeowners water system. He wanted to discuss the Programs recent enforcement actions against the water system, a check that was mailed to the Program in response to civil penalties assessed, and what needs to be done for the system to be in compliance. We discussed sampling requirements basically and the need for someone to attend the small water system training course so that the system has a certified operator. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain documents legally identifying board members and propose possible settlement terms if appropriate | ||
