Attached is a template how to develop a coliform sampling plan, to help have locations already chosen for routine and repeat testing in the future. I have also attached a response chart which shows 3 repeats in distribution and a 4th trigger/source sample to take to lab right away, as well as https://yourwater.oregon.gov/schedulescoliform.php?pwsno=95041

Thank you for your time and cooperation, and I have down on my calendar to come either next Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon to inspect the kitchen (routine semi-annual) for Big-K.
