| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine and source sample DETAILS: The system had collected 2 routine samples. One of the samples was from Well #1 and should have been marked as a source assessment. Both samples came back TC+. Spoke with the system and gave them the follow up sampling requirement. Further action will be based on the results. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples, triggered source sample from well #2 and a routine sample. DWP to change the RT well #1 sample to a source assessment sample. System to collect another routine sample to replace it. | ||
