| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact regarding Copper exceedence DETAILS: I received an email from Jim on 9/15. He had received a call from the lab letting him know the Copper action level had been exceeded. I asked him to send me the results when they had been received. 9/19 I received a second email from Jim he was wondering if the Highes site, 1070 Mumford, was one that had been invalidated back in 2008. 1070 was not invalidated and is designated as a tier 3 site. I asked he please send me the individual results. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when the results have been received. | ||
