| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert- total coliform DETAILS: Dave Embleton called to report a total coliform present sample collected on 10/17/11. The sample was collected at 1050 S. 28th street. The water that seves this address is soley from the EP-A which is surface water, so no source sample is required. I advised him to collect three repeat samples, all of which came back absent. ACTION NEEDED: no more action required. | ||
