| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 9/1/11 positive for coliform Due to the holiday the system was not notified until 9/6/11. Tom called our office 9/6/11. Tom called our office 9/6/11. I spoke to Tom this morning and he will be taken a triggered sample at well #2 the only one in use, and four other samples from the distribution. Tom will publish a public notice if any of the repeats are positive for coliform. I have sent him the link to the state website. He will be sending us a copy also. He understands to take five temporary routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples now, take five temporary routines in October publish public notice if required. | ||
