Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Repeat samples all positive. Sent Brian this email: I was unable to reach you by phone, please reply so I can verify you have received the information. The repeat water samples taken are all positive. The system needs to disinfect and issue a tier two public notice. I have included the link to public notices (PN) on the website. We need a copy of the PN> The system is also required to take five temporary routine samples from the distribution system in October.
