| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to meet EP disinfection DETAILS: Low chlorine level on 6/15 caused inadequate disinfection of systems drinking water. Chlorine pump was set too low. Needed chlorine residual of 0.48 ppm to meet CTs, dropped to 0.3 ppm-- chlorine pump was adjusted and reservoir was shocked to bring residual up to 1.1 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: System did a tier 2 public notice notifying users of treatment interruption. | ||
