Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: I left a voice message and sent an email to Brian reminding him to probide a public notice this quarter and to send me a copy of it. I also requested an update on the status of plans for arsenic removel/treatment. The system is overdue to submit a construction plan per their notice of no compliance. Brian contacted me with new system owner information. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with operator and or owner on notice of non compliance. Inv updated emailed to state on 9/21/11
