Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 9/1/11 positive for coliform. Due to the holiday the system was not notified until 9/6/11. I spoke to Tony this morning and he will be taking a triggered sample at the well and three other samples from the distribution. He understands to take five temporary routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples now take five temporary routines in October.
