| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Karl , system operator, this morning at 11:20 am reminding him the number of samples required following a positive coliform routine on 9/6/11. I asked that he take a sample at the sample site, one sample upstream, on downstream, and one at the source. I also reminded him of the 5 routine samples required the following month. ACTION NEEDED: I asked he take a total of 4 repeat samples within 24 hours. I also told him to take 5 routine samples during the next sampling period. | ||
