| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate greater than half the MCL DETAILS: I met with Carol at the Luckiamute office to discuss setting up a sanitary survey. AT that time I spoke with Carol about their sampling schedule for nitrates. She reported that well #3 had exceeded 1/2 the MCL (6.4) from the sample taken 9/21/11. I told her to continue quarterly monitoring on that well. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring of well #3 EP-B | ||
