| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 9/7/11 DETAILS: I let Mike know to be sure to take 4 repeats in the distribution system as well as a triggered source sample at the well head. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system for the month of October. He said he would be sure to do the necessary sampling.
