| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: In field consultation 2/18/11 with manager, Molly, to again discuss why there has not been a coliform test since the 1st quarter of 2008 and no nitrate test since 2007. The manager called pacific Analytical labs in Corvallis during the in field visit and set up schedule for the lab to do the coliform and nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Have a coliform and a nitrate test taken as soon as possible. | ||
