| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to positive coliform sample DETAILS: The system had a positive total coliform routine sample in September. There were no repeat samples collected by 10/5/11. One repeat sample was collected on 10/25/11. This sample was collected outside the operating period for the system. There are no employees at the location at this point. ACTION NEEDED: System will receive a violation for not having collected the repeat samples. DWP sent the system a draft of this public notice. System will need to collect 5 routine samples prior to opening next year. | ||
