| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: **System had recently lost its operator and the former operator collected the sample. System is in process of training and certifying new Small System Operator.** Spoke with Barbara and informed her of the follow up sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample at well head. In November, take 5 routine samples. Since repeats/triggered will be in November, results from these will dictate further action. | ||
