| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alerts for repeat DETAILS: Repeat samples were total coliform positive. Operator was acvised to post a public notice as soon as possible and send copies of the notice to the state and Douglas County. 9/10: Operator confirmed that the wellhead was absent for coliform , a public notice was posted and the system was shock chlorinated. Two specials were taken and the results were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Verify that 5 routine samples are taken and submitted in October. | ||
