| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate sampling DETAILS: Operator called for clarification on 9/13/11 discussion with pastor Gerry. Explained to operator the need for running 4 quarters of nitrate testing to verify that seasonal fluctuations would not be above the MCL. Every time the system skips a quarter the process starts over. Operator stated he would try to continue quarterly testing. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor for compliance. | ||
