| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: I spoke with Kurt the current operations manager and Anne Root the owner. In addition to a coliform alert, I made Ms. Root and Mr. Brkich aware that a nitrate sample had not been taken as required for 3 years. Mr. Brkich stated he was not aware of the requirement and would take the sample when the coliform samples are taken. I made Mr. Brkich aware of future sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to obtain samples for coliforms and nitrates. | ||
