| Details: | The September Surface Water report showed that the chlorine residuals on September 11th and 18th were below the required minimum chlorine residual of 0.2 mg/l. The operator provided records on 10/14 that the September 11th residual was below the required minimum for 3 hours and the September 18th residual was below the required minimum residual for 15 minutes. Since the residual was below the minimum requirement for less than 4 hours, a public notice is not required. Silverton also has a low chlorine alarm set at 0.4 mg/L. | ||
