| Details: | SUMMARY: quarterly monitoring of total xylenes DETAILS: Spoke with Mike on phone and emailed Roy and Mike to let them know quarterly monitoring is now required for total xylenes. A confirmation sample was collected 10/13/2011 and total xylene was again detected. According to OAR 333-061-0036 (3) (G) (i) quarterly monitoring is now required for 4 quarters starting 1/1/2012. If results are reliably and consistently below the MCL, we can reduce back to annual. ACTION NEEDED: quarterly monitoring to begin 2012 for total xylenes. | ||
